This book was very easy to read and best of all easy to understand. Darryl W. Lyons doesn't need 300 pages to get a point across and help the modern entrepreneur. I am reading this book again and will be implementing the tips and suggestions listed in the book. Inspiring and informative.
This book is an incredible tool for the intentional entrepreneur and leader. Lyons offers powerful advice on a wide variety of subject matters and empowers his readers to strategically build a healthy and powerful foundation for a successful business. As a nonprofit leader, I found each chapter applicable to everything I do as well! This is a must read for leaders and entrepreneurs!
Darryl is a visionary! He's an accomplished businessman, and his experience and expertise were invaluable to getting me to think differently about my day-today business activity. It helped me evaluate my work through a different faith-based lens, and my business is all the better because of it. Darryl takes good solid principles and weaves it through an enjoyable personal narrative. For those who own a business,manages people, or want to start a business this book has solid nuggets that can be utilized immediately. On the website www.smallbusinessbigpressure.com, I was able to download a free copy of " 30 Small Business Start-Up Mistakes" which I found to be concise and extremely useful as well.
As a solopreneur, the content in the book was highly relative to my work world. Lyons not only explained financial analysis elements very simply, he covered a lot of other important elements of running a business.
It's comforting to know that feeling void is common, and I'll be utilizing what I learned immediately.
